BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
In response to Resolution #GPA-872-82 - "That the account be referred back
to the auditors for verification;" we attached the following correspondence from
the Town 's auditors Deloittes, Haskins and Sells, Chartered Accountants
regarding the fees for each of the Business Improvement area. We have
forwarded a copy of the appropriate reply to each Business Improvement Area.
