SUBJECT: LEGAL FEES TO APRIL 30, 1982.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that this report be received for information.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
As per GPA Committee Resolution #GPA-743-82 as restated below:
"That the Treasurer bring forward a report on the legal costs
to the Town to date, at the same time as the half yearly
financial report."
As of June 21 , 1982, legal costs incurred which have to be
paid by the municipality as outlined 'below.

As can be seen by the breakdown of the legal expenditures
this area is significantly under budget as of June 21 , 1982.
This may of course be altered significantly by any legal proc-
eedings later in the year such as O.M.B. hearings etc.
