SUBJECT: PHOTOCOPY CHARGES

BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
With the installation of the updated photocopier system staff saw a need to
increase the charge to outside users of this equipment. All users are charged
30� for letter size copies and 35¢ for legal size copies. We have also purchased
an auditron counter to more accurately record the usage of the photocopier by
outsiders. The costs for this services had not be adjusted for sometime
and with increased costs of supplies, it was deemed a necessary move by
staff.
