BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
The initial request for an allocation of subsidy funds was made
to Ministry of Transportation and Communication, for the Physically

Petition for subsidy payment for the year 1981 was made on March

The Ministry of Transportation and Communication has authorized
payment in the amount of $12,044. which we will shortly receive.
However, for MTC audit purposes and to close out the MTC 1981
file, the ministry requires a supplementary subsidy allocation
request in the amount of $1 ,800. This will then bring the subsidy
allocation claim in line with the approved level of subsidy.
