SUBJECT: Frank Street Storm Drainage
It is estimated that to provide a 12'- storm sewer on Frank Street

would cost $10,000.00 and the back lot drainage would cost $4,000.00.
It is our opinion that the street sewer is a municipal responsibility
and should be added to the 1979 Budget and funded from the lot levy
reserve fund.
It is also our opinion that the back lot drainage is the responsibility
of the property owners and should, therefore, be borne by the property
Owners.
There are si.x properties along the west side of Frank Street with a total
of 469 feet of frontage. It is our suggestion that these properties
be charged at the rate of $4.26 per foot of frontage in each of the
years 1979 and 1980 to recover the cost.
The authority for this action is contained in Section 352 (a) 16 (b)
of the Ontario Municipal Act.
