SUBJECT: Resolution #F-225-81 - Voting Delegates - A.M.O. Convention
ITEM: TR-46-81
Recommendation:
1. That the voting delegates to the A.M.O. Convention, W—a4dKion
4n—Maier—Rinkard be the 4qRsfy-Mayor and the Clerk and Treasurer.
2. That any additional voting delegates awarded the Town of
Newcastle through membership in ROMA be assigned to members of
Council in alphabetical order.
Report:
Management Committee of Staff was asked to make recommendation for the
three voting delegates to annual association of Municipalities of Ontario
Conference, August 23rd to August 26th, 1981 , in addition to Mayor Rickard.
Since that resolution was passed it has also come to our attention that the
Town may be awarded additional voting delegates through its membership in
ROMA v
