SUBJECT: Financial Analysis and Development Strategy Study

Recommendation:
"That Clayton Research's request for payment of additional $5,500 in
l fees regarding the above noted study be approved. "
Report:
The letter from Dr. Frank A, Clayton, Ph. D. , President, Clayton
Research Associates Limited explains the reasoning for his request for
additional payment above the contracted amount.
This request is reviewed by Management Staff Committee and with
representatives from Ontario Hydro, who have agreed that the extra charge
is warranted due to the additional analysis required and the incorporation
of new data when it became available from Ontario Hydro.
Ontario Hydro have also agreed that they will fund this additional cost.
