SUBJECT: Statement of Account - Chairman of the Management Committee
ITEM: TR-25-81
Recommendation:
"That the action of the Treasurer of approving payment for the
attached statement of account from Mr. David Sims, for the services
as Chairman of the Management Committee in the amount of $5,193 for
the period of February 3 to and including February 27, 1981.
Report:
Mr. Sims is retained in this capacity by Council and therefore
his fee for such services should be approved by Council . Inorder
that Mr. Sims be not required to wait an onerous length of time for
payment I have taken the liberty of approving payment and now seek
Committee confirmation of that action.
