"That a budgetary allocation of $20,000 be made under the Building Inspection department to provide for implementation of Maintenance and Occupancy Standards by-law, 2. "That budgetary allocation of $20,000 of revenue from Ontario Hydro building permit be made under the Building Inspection Department to give effect to resolution F-16-81. 3.
