SUBJECT: Attached Letter - Clarke Museuii Board
In reviewing 'the contents of the attached letter received fray the
Secretary, Clarice Museum Board it appears there is an imllediate problem
with the oil furnace at the Kirby School House Musewin.
In reviewing the 1980 Budget Allocation to the Clarke Museum Board
and their surplus account from previous years, which stands at
$6,165.41 as at January 1st, 1980.
I would respectfully recommend to Council that the Clarke Museum
Board accommodate the repairs and/or replacement of the ,furnace
.with their 1980 budget or if necessary reduce their surplus account
to reflect cost of repairs or replacement of the furnace at the
Kirby School.
