Mosport Park Memorandum of Understanding
For Committee's information a copy of the revised Memorandum of Understanding
as recommended by Committee was forwarded to the Solicitors for Mosport
on August lst, 1980 and to-date we have received no reply, and are unable
to get an indication from the Solicitors of Mosport of action that will be
taken by the principals of the Mosport Group. I would suggest that this
matter remain on the Agenda as an outstanding item until such time as we
hear from the group at Mosport.
