SUBJECT: Orono Hydro Building - Orono
In accordance with Resolution #F-101-80, "That the Orono Hydro Electric
Building be evaluated and put up for sale."
Staff started procedures on the evaluation of this building and as part
of the proceedings I ordered a survey in order that we may know what
property we were putting up for sale. As this type of charge is normally
recouped as part of the sale of the property I would recommend to Committee
in lieu of the fact that we are now preparing to consider the turning of
this Building into a Fire Hall that the charge for the preparation of the
reference plan be paid for through account 7007-291 - Contingencies.
