The attached correspondence and sketch was received on
June 24th, 1980 and circulated to the Planning, Recrention
and Works Department to see If they could for see a future
need of this property for Municipal purposes.
Comments were received as follows:-
Public tior'ks -- Mr. Dunham advised that he cannot.
torsee his Department will have any need for the
property.
Planning: - Mr. Smith reports that from a planning
point of view they do not force a future need for
the property.
Cowunity Services - qtr® Fanning reports that they have
inspected this property and find that his Department
has no future need for this property.
In view of the comments received we up old reapectfully
recommend that the Ministry ®f Transportation & Communications
be advisdd that the Town of Meweastle has no interest in the
aforementioned land®
