SUBJECT: CourtTen Storm Water Expropriations.
Attached for your consideration arenhe instructions
received from the Town Solicitor, D. Sims, Q.C., regarding the Courtice
Storm Water Expropriationo.
In order to meet the requirements of The Expropria-
tions Act, we would recommend the follovIng action be taken by Council
(1) That the Resolution attached as Appendix "A''
with Schedules "A" and "B" be presented to
Council duly moved and seconded at this meeting
of Council.
(2) That the By-law attached as Appendix "B" with
the plan attacbed be passed by Council at this
meeting in the routine order of business under the
By-law Section of the Agenda. You will note there
is no plan attached to the By-law, as it is the
same plan as referred to in item (1) above.
