SUBJECT: Town of Newcastle Fitness Centre
We wish to advise that the Town has received the
following documents as required by the terms of the Contract for the above-
mentioned project:
(1) (a) Performance Bond No. 35-754301 dated March 10, 1980, in the
amount of $617,500.00.
(b) Labour and Material Bond No. 35-754302 dated March 10, 1980,
in the amount of $617,500.00.
(c) Worlanen's Compensation Board Certificate of Clearance dated
April lst, 1980. A second Certificate will be submitted at
the time of Substantial Performance of the project.
(d) Certified copy of Property Insurance Policy No. 1080643 in
the amount of $1,235,000.00 dated April 11, 1980, conforming
to General Conditions Article 28 of the Contract.
(2) A copy of the Minutes of the pre-construction meeting held on
Friday, April 11, 1980.
