SUBJECT: Attached letter flan Stan and Monica Barber
RR#1, Orono, Ontario.
The request of Mr. & Mrs. Barber has been reviewed by the Building
Inspector and a copy of his conments are attached.
Reco mendation: 'That subject to the approval of the Ganaraska
Conservation Authority the Mayor and Clerk be
authorized to enter into an agreement with the
Barbers authorizing them to live in the existing
house for a period of six nxmths.

SUBJECT: Letter - Mr. and Mrs. Stan Barber - Building
New Home
The property in question is located in an
Agricultural (A) Zone which permits single family dwellings.
The erection of any building for residential
purposes must comply with the following zoning requirements.
Setback - 93 ft.
Front yard - 50 ft.
Rear. yard - 35 ft.
Side yard - 25 ft.
Minimum Floor area - 1200 sq. ft.
Approval should also be obtained from the Ganaraska
Conservation Authority for location of the buildings regarding
any flood plain.
There does not appear to be any problem in constructing
a new home on the lot subject, of course, to the aforementioned
requirements, the uncial signed agreement and compliance with the
Ontario Building Code.
