On the basis of resolution #C-1549-79 and the report of the Chairman of
the Public Works Committee to Council November 19th, 1979 we would conclude
that Council approved in principle the improvements to Highway 35/115 subject
to the report of the Committee who were to meet with the Minister on November
9th, 1979.
