SUBJECT: Lot 35, Plan 345, 9 West Beach Bowmanville
Please find attached a copy of a letter dated October 22nd, 1979 regarding
demolition of a cottage on Lot 35, Plan 345, 9 West Beach Bowmanville,Ontario.
This cottage was acquired by the Town of Bowmanville for unpaid taxes in
1962 but has never been demolished.
Recommendation: That the cottage be demolished as soon as possible and
the Treasurer accommodate the cost in the 1979 budget.
