j SUBJECT: Request from Fridolin Johan Obrist for an extension
of time to construct second residence on his
�i land being part of Lot 28, former Township of
Clarke, Town ofi, Newcastle.
On February 14th, 1979 Mr. Obrist requested permission of Council
to live in his existing residence located on the above mentioned
property until such time as his new home was constructed.
This request was referred to staff by Council for a report and
preparation of the necessary agreement and staff report TM-43-79
dated April 4th, 1979 was approved by Council by Resolution #C-404-79
and the agreements were executed by the Mayor and the Clerk.
A letter was received from Mr. Obrist on October 10th, 1979 requesting
an extension to the agreement. The Chief Building Official was asked
to inspect the property and his report and recommendations are attached.
Recommendation: That an extension of one (1) month be granted to Mr.
Obrist on the condition that he submit a survey
„ ! or certificate herewith. This one month extension
to be one month from the date of expiry of the
agreement.
