SUBJECT: Agreement with Totten, Sims, Hubicki Associates
Limited regarding Professional Services for
the Bowmanville Swimming Pool and Squash Courts
In accordance with instructions received at the September 24th, 1979 Council
Meeting, staff have prepared tha attached agreement for professional services
for the Bowmanville Swimming Pool and Squash (burts.
The services to be provided and fees to be charged by Totten Sims are broken
down in three specific areas as follows in the attached agreement:
1) Pre-construction services
2) During construction
3) Fees
Recommendation: That Council pass the necessary by-law to authorize the
Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached agreement.
