SUBJECT: Easement Agreement with Goodyear Canada Inc. for
the Ontario Street Storm Sewer.
Resolution #W-191-79
"THAT the recommendation in Report 193 be endorsed and
conditional upon the written concurrence of the Town
Solicitor and concurrence by the Town Manager, the Officers
of the Town be authorized to sign the Easement Agreements
with Goodyear Canada Inc. for the Ontario Street Storm
Sewer."
As requested we circulated the proposed agreement to the Town Solicitor and the
attached comments were received and the -recommended changes made in the attached
agreements.
We would respectfully recommend to Council that a By-Law be passed to authorize
the execution of the attached agreement with Goodyear Canada Inc.
