SUBJECT: Resolution #F-245-79 Roof Repairs Bowmanville Town Hall
"THAT the Chairman of Finance, the Town Manager and the
Mayor bring back to the next Council Meeting, specifications
for repairing or replacing the roof and the windows at
the Bowmanville Town Hall."
In order to prepare specifications for the roof repairs as requested in
Resolution #F.-245-79 we contacted E. R. Clements & Associates Roofing
Consultants & Inspection Services to carry out an inspection and present
his findings to Committee.
Mr. Clements carried out an inspection and submitted the attached letter
dated August 17th, 1979 and agreed to attend a meeting of the Committee
to discuss the matter prior to proceeding with a specification for remedial
work.
We have invited Mr. Clements to attend the Finance meeting to discuss
this matter on September 4th, 1979 at 7:30 p.m.
