SUBJECT: Policy in Respect of the Processing and
Review of Subdivision Applications
On August 9th, 1979 staff presented the attached report TM-90-79
regarding the above subject at which time committee by resolution
#PD-371-79 received the report for information and requested each
member of the Committee to comment on the draft proposal in writing
to the Town Manager by the end of the next week (August 17th, 1979) .
Since we received no comments we assume that Committee is satisfied
with the draft policy and we would respectfully recommend that the
Policy Statement be approved and forwarded to Council for implementation
by by-law.
