SUNJECT: Resolution RC-920-79
"THAT the Town Manager be requested to arrange
the meetings of the Planning and Development
Committee and Community Services Committee
scheduled for August 20th and 21st respectively,
as most Council. Members will be attending the
A.M.O. Conference on these dates. "
As requested by Council we have reviewed the meeting
schedule for August with the Chairman of both
Committees and would recommend that meetings be
rearranged as Follows: -
Planning & Development Committee
- Thursday, August 23rd , 1979 at 9:30 a .m.
in Court Room No. 2
Community Services Committee
Friday, August 24th, 1979 at 9:30 a.m.
in the Bell Building Committee Room.
