Enniskillen
The attached subdivisio . agreement has been negotiated by Town Staff i,t
accordance with the terms and conditions of subdivision approval recommended
by ToA-n Council and approved by the Ministry of Housi,i.g.
The subdivision agreement follows the standard form of agreement and will
allow the creation of five residential lots in Enniskillen.
Staff have reviewed the attached agreement subsequent to redrafting by
the Solicitor for J. Werry and recommend that Council execute the agreement.
Recommendation: That the Planning and Development Committee recommend
to Council that the attached agreement be executed by the Town and that the
necessary by-law be prepared for that purpose.
