"THAT Council be requested to approve two
Planning and Deve6opment Committee Meetings
per month and the Town Managei'make the
necessary arrangements.
As requested in Resolution PD-241-79 we hage reviewed the schedule
of meetings for the balance of 1979 and would recommend the follcA,7ing
dates for the second planning committee meeting per month*
Thursday, July 5th, 1979 7:00 p.m. Court Room #1
Thursday, August 9th, 1979 7:00 p.m. Court Room #1
Thursday, September 6, 1979 7:00 p.m. Court Room #1
Monday, October 1st, 1979 7:00 p.m.' Court Room #1
Thursday, November 8, 1979 7:00 p.m. Court Room #1
Thursday, December 6, 1979 7:00 p.m. Court Room #1
The purpose of these meetings would be to hear delegations regarding
development plans and to hold Public Meetings regarding Zoning By-Laws,
Official Plan Amendments and proposals for District Plans.
