SUBJECT: Request from Mr. Ric Pearce
Please find attached a copy of a letter from Mr. Ric Pearce, 122
Church Street, Newcastle requesting Council to give him permission
to use part of a vacant lot owned by the Town of Newcastle which
abuts to the rear of his property for a vegetable garden.
I asked Councillor Barr to have a look at this and we would recommend
that Mr. Pearce be given permission to use part of the Town owned
property for a vegetable garden.
