SUBJECT: Resolution #C-319-79
"That the Ontario Municipal Board be advised that
the Town of Newcastle has considered the objections
submitted to By-Law No. 79-7 and that the Issues
raised by the residents can be resolved through
proper site design and the provisions of the
Development Agreement between the Developer and the
Town of Newcastle and that the matter be referred to
the Town Manager. and Town Clerk to communicate with
the objectors and report back to Council.''
As instructed a copy of the above Council Resolution and the Planning
Director' s report were sent to the objectors to By-Law 79-7 with a request
that they send written comments to Council by April 11th, 1979,
The attached letters were received from Mr. & Mrs. John Johnston and Mrs.
Grace Mills setting out their concerns.
Recommendation: Receive for information.
