SUBJECT: Nicola Lombardo and Liberata Lombardo
Agreement with the Town of Newcastle
Please find attached a copy of an agreement between Nicola and Liberata
Lombardo and the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle with respect to
Mr. and Mrs. Lombardo building a second duelling on his property while
there is an existing dwelling on the property.
I have checked this ratter with the Building Department and it
would appear that Mr. Lombardo will be complying with all by-laws,
therefore, I would respectfully recommend to Council that they authorize
the Mayor and Mr. Mcllroy to sign this agreement on behalf of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
