Please find attached a copy of a letter from the Ministry of Transportation
and Communications along with a print of Plan R-270014 showing surplus
land currently owned by the Ministry.
This information was forwarded to the Director of Public Works who
advises that he feels that the Municipality would have notifin(heest
in the property.
I feel that the Director's oDinion should be concurred with and the
Ministry of Transpottation and Communication so advised.
