SUBJECT: F'ridolin John Obrist - Agreement with the Toem
of Newcastle
Please find attached a copy of an agreement between Fridolin Johan
Obtist and The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle with respect to
'Hr. Obrist building a second single family dwelling on his property
while there is an existing dwelling on the property.
I have checked this matter with the Building Department and it would
appear that Mr. Obrist will be complying with all by-laws, therefore,
I would respectfully recommend to Council that they authorize the Mayor
and Mr. Mcll.roy to sign this agreement on behalf of the Corporation of
the ToxTn of Newcastle.
