SUBJECT: Library Parking (Bowmanville)
Please find attached a copy of a letter from Mrs. Bebt, Chairman
of the Library Board regarding a proposed parking area in front of
the Bo-,manville Library. As this is a Public Works matter I forwarded
Mrs. Best's letter to Mr. Dunham and please find attached a copy of
Mr. Dunham's memorandum on .this subject. After reviewing this
situation, I am in agreement with Mr. Dunham on this matter and
would respectAilly recommend to committee that they concur with
Mr. Dunham's findings.
