Since the adoption of the Ontario Building Code we have seen an
increasing number of law suits u8atoat municipalities and their
mLnfl.
In November of 1977 the 0uLocio Doild1u& Officials Association was
concerned about this new phenomenon and commissioned Zan Macy. Rogers
Q.C. to investigate and report on the potential liability of the Building
Official and u copy of this report is attached for your information.
