reassess Council Meeting Schedule for
July and August."
We have reviewed the Council/Committee Schedules for July and August
as requested in Resolution #C-1.05--79.
Based on the meeting schedule adopted by the Region,staff prepared
two alternatives for your consideration at which time we were instructed
to proceed on the four week rotation basis for Committee Meetings and
two week rotation for Council Meetings.
This schedule works well for the first six months of the year with
the exception that two (2) Public Works meetings fall in May and
none in June.
To correct this situation we would recommend that the meeting scheduled
for May 29th, 1979 be rescheduled for Thursday, June 7th, 1979. Other
than the above noted change we would recommend that no further changes
be made.
