letter requesting the Town of Newcastle
to collect a lot levy for extension of
their feeder lines and increasing their .
transformation facilities as required
because of the addition of new subdivisions
to the P.U.C. existing facilities
We have reviewed the reqi.,sst from the 'Newcastle P.U.C. and would recommend
that this letter be referred to the Planning and Development Committee
to be considered when the financial Impact Model is being prepared.
