SUBJECT: Proposed Parking Lot - Library
Representatives from the Library Board and Museum Board will be attending
this meeting to discuss this matter further.
Please find attached a letter that was received from Mr. Irwin Hamilton
on January 12th, 1979 outlining the position of the Museum Board.
It would be appreciated if you would bring with you the copy of your
December 18th, 1978 Community Services Agenda which contains all the
background information on this matter.
