SUBJECT: Mrs. Mackie and Solina Investments
We have reviewed all the items raised by Mrs. Mackie and her
Solicitor at the meeting of November 27th, 1978 and would advise
that all items with the exception of relocating the drainage
ditch on the east side of Trull's Road has been completed or
agreed upon.
Mr. Dunham has advised that he has taken the necessary elevations
on Trull's Road and that the ditch across Mrs. Mackie's property
can be relocated on the road allowance but this work will have
to be carried out in the Spring.
Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority has agreed to the
ditching and placing of fill and this letter is attached for
your information.
On December 11th, 1978 we recommended to Council that the
Town Solicitor prepare a by-law Ito require a builder or developer
to submit a survey once the foundation has been constructed:.
The -So-11citor has prepared the attached by-law- to.-amend the
Building By-Law/and we would respectfully1recommend_to _the �
Planning 'Cominittee that they_consider passing this by-law
in order-to avoid -a similar situation _in the future.
