SUBJECT: Municipal Subsidy Agreement

We have reviewed the attached agreement from the Ministry of Housing
and as stated in the letter from the Ministry the agreement now
provides an addition to Clause 2, whereby, further units may not
be added to Schedule "A" of the agreement with out a resolution of
Council.
We would respectfully recommend that Committee concur with the
proposed change in Clause 2 of the agreement and forward the agreement
to Council for execution.
