SUBJECT: Resolution #C-129-80
" Be it resolved that the Council of the
Town of Newcastle requires from the Town
Manager, summarized statements of basic
departmental philosophies for presentation
to that same Council meeting four(4) weeks
from date of adoption of this motion. These
statements are to be in writing and each signed
by the Town Manager and the appropriate depart-
ment head with copies available and given to
the Mayor and each member of Council at the
same Council meeting for their personal consider-
ation."
To comply with the requirements of resolution #C-80-1508, I would
request that you prepare a statement of basic departmental philosophies
for your department and discuss this with me at a department head
meeting on Wednesday January 6, 1981.
