Subject: Proposed Site Plan Agreement
Part of Lot 30, Concession 1, former Township
of Darlington - Misener Beverages Ltd.
File: S-P-1-11
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the Planning and Develop-
ment Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. That Report P-88-81 be received; and
2. That the attached agreement be executed; and
3. That the Clerk be directed to prepare a by-law for
the purposes of authorizing the execution of the
attached development agreement for submission to
and consideration by Council at its meeting of May
19, 1981.
BACKGROUND:
On March 25, 1981, staff received the subject application
for site plan approval. The subject site is located within the Solina

industrial subdivision on Cigas Rd. and comprises Part 3 of Reference
Plan 1OR-813. The applicant is proposing the construction of an in-
dustrial building totalling 348 square metres.
COMMENTS:
In accordance with the Department's procedures, this appli-
cation was circulated to affected agencies and departments for com-
ments.
A review of comments received revealed no major concerns in
respect of this application. Owing to the nature of the application,
it was not considered necessary to convene a meeting of the Town's
Site Plan Committee. The draft agreement and revised site plans, pre-
pared by staff were discussed with the applicant and all necessary changes
and revisions agreed to. In that regard, the applicant has signed back
the Agreement and it would now be appropriate to forward the attached
agreement to Council for execution.
