SUBJECT: Financial Analysis and Development Strategy
Study - Town of Newcastle
BACKGROUND & COMMENT:
On February 19, 1981, staff received the final report
from Clayton Research Associates Limited, completing the Financial
Analysis and Development Strategy Study. The report has been forwarded
to members of the Technical Committee, responsible for the direction
of the study, for detailed review and comment. It is the intention

cations of the Financial Analysis and Development Strategy and to make
specific recommendations in respect of how the study might be implemented.
It is hoped that this detailed review would be completed
by the end of April.
