REPORT TO THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING OF JUNE 23, 1980,

SUBJECT: Membership and Association Fees - Account #7702-201
Membership Fees - Canadian Institute of Planners
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
With the approval of the 1980 Budget, Town Council has allocated
$400.00 from the above mentioned account for payment of Membership and
Association fees. In accordance with Council's action, Staff hereby
request that the attached invoices in the amount of $252.00 be authorized
for payment.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning and Development Committee recommend to Council
that the following resolution be adopted:
"Town Council hereby authorizes the Treasurer to pay Cite
invoices for membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners
for professional staff in the Planning and Development Depart-
ment for the year 1980. "
