SUBJECT: Outstanding Items - Resolution PD-474-79
Washington Gardens Cemetery Proposal
Our File: D-5-F-1
BACKGROUND:
On October 15, 1979, the Planning and Development Committee
received Report P-184-79 for information, pending clarification of
the difference of opinion between the Region of Durham and the Minis-

the Region of Durham in respect of an Official Plan Amendment; and

On January 9, 1980, staff advised the applicant and his con-
sultants that as a result of the Minister's approval of the Regional.
Official Plan designations for the subject property, an official plan
amendment would be in order.
COMMENTS:
Inasmuch as the responsibility for pursuing this matter rests
with the applicants, and inasmuch as no action has, to our knowledge,
