REPORT NO. : P-57-80 SUBJECT: Township of Scugog - By-law 17-80 BACKGROUND: By-law 17-80 of the Township of Scugog was forwarded to the Planning and Development Department March 19, 1980. The By-law rezones a parcel of land in the former Township of Cartwright to residential, in order to permit the development of seven residential dwellings. COMMENT: The subject parcel is located in Part of Lot 24, Concession 12, of the former Township of Cartwright and does not affect the interests of the Town of Newcastle. Accordingly, no action on the rezoning by-law is required. The last date for filing objections is April 9, 1980. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning and Development Committee recommend to Council: 1.
