At the time thi By-law was prepared, detailed architectural drawings for the proposed building were not available and minimum dwelling unit areas of 600 square feet for one bedroom units, and 700 square feet for two bedroom units were included in the amending By-law. In addition, we have been advised that the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation does not object to the proposed reduction in dwelling unit area. In view of this information, we have no objection to the requested amendment to By-law 79-4 . RECOMMENDATION• It is respectfully recommended: 1.
