SUBJECT: REQUEST BY MR. & MRS. LOUIS TREMBLAY, GENERAL DELIVERY, BRIGHTON, FOR PERMISSION TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME ON THEIR PROPERTY IN NEWCASTLE DURING THE CONSTRUCTI(N OF A NEW RESIDENCE. (Pt. Block B, R.P. 707 - Pt. 3 on R.P. 10R-463) RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that Council approve the following: 1 . That Report CD-21-86 be received; and 2. That the application be approved; and 3. That the Mayor and Cleric be authorized to execute the standard agreement permitting the use for a period not exceeding six months; and 4. That Mr. & Mrs. Louis 'Tremblay, General Delivery, Brighton, Ontario, KOK 1HO, be advised of Council 's decision. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: Mr. & Mrs. Louis Tremblay, owners of property located on Martin Road, (Bowmanville) Town of Newcastle, Pt. Block "B", R.P. 707, Pt. 3 on R.R. 1OR-463, are requesting that they be permitted to locate a "trailer" on the subject property as a temporary residence for the period required to construct their new home. The indication is that the house will be completed within three months. However, it would be appropriate to permit the occupancy for a period not exceeding six months, that being the normal period of approval . Continued . . . . ./2 CD-21-86 - 2 - April 14, 1986 The Director of Planning has indicated that his department has no objection to the approval of the application. The request for permission to occupy a trailer during the period of construction is reasonable and staff would recommend its approval . Pespect'ully submitted, David W.
