SUBJECT: REPORT WITH RESPECT TO THE BOARDS OF MANAGEMENT FOR THE
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREAS IN BOWMANVILLE, NEWCASTLE AND
ORONO.
. . . . . . . . . .
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. That Council receive Report CD-23-84; and
2. That the Boards of Management for Bowmanville, Newcastle, and Orono B. I.A. for
the year 1984, be confirmed in accordance with the lists contained in
this report.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
It was noted, that only the Orono B. I.A. had advised the Clerk's Department
and Council of their Board of Management for the year 1984. Following
conversations with representatives of the Bowmanville and Newcastle Boards
of Management, it was established, that elections had been held and the
Management Boards for 1984 established.
The Boards of Management for 1984 are as follows :
