Continued . . . . ./2 Vl I CD-19-84 - 2 - March 19, 1984 By letter dated February 10th 1984, (copy attached) Mr. Anthony E. Laskowsky, Solicitor, has on behalf of the Risorto's, requested that the six month limitation be extended to June 30th 1984. Mr. Laskowsky cites financial problems as the reason for his clients ' application for the extension. The Planning Department reviewed the request and suggest, that the house appears to be substantially complete as of the date of the last inspection. In response to the Planning Department's concerns, it would be fair to point out, that the period of extension encompasses both the completion of the new residence, and the demolition of the old residence. In this circumstance, the extension requested is appropriate. Finally, if the extension is granted, it would be appropriate for the Town to reaffirm its requirements with respect to the demolition of the old residence by June 30th 1984.
