SUBJECT: Refreshment Vehicle Licence 1983

RECOMMENDATION:
1. THAT this report be received, and
2. THAT Council authorize the issuing of a
Refreshment Vehicle Licence to the applicants:
Tim Prout and Wayne Fogg
15 Brown Street North,
Bowmanville, Ontario.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
Mr. Prout and Mr. Fogg submitted an application for a Refreshment Vehicle Licence
on August 26, 1983. The applicants also submitted a letter from Durham Regional
Health Unit dated August 24th, 1983, which indicated that the Regional Health Unit
has no objection to the issuing of a refreshment vehicle licence.
The Newcastle Fire Department, by letter dated August 26th, 1983, advised that the
propane appliances and equipment installation meet their requirements.
Mr. Prout and Mr. Fogg have received permission from St. George St. Developments
Ltd. to locate their refreshment vehicle on the property located at 252 King Street
East, Bowmanville, in the Town of Newcastle.
This Department would recommend the application to Committee for their consideration
and approval .
