The Planning Department has indicated, that they have no objection to the
application, subject to the Risorto's complying with all of the Town's
requirements with respect to building permits and zoning clearances and
on the clear understanding that the approval is for a six month period.
Because the closing of the sale is dependent upon their receiving approval
of the application from the Town, the Risorto's are seeking Council 's
approval as soon as possible in order that the condition in the agreement
can be satisfied. If approved, the agreement will not be executed until
the applicants are in possession of a deed to the property.
Respectfully submitted,
David W. Oakes , A.M.C.T.
Town Clerk.
